同学们，

根据学校有关要求，自即日起，所有违规电动车（包括无杭州牌照电动车、超规电动车、改装电动车、无校园牌照电动车等）一律不允许进入校园和桃李苑生活园区。

学校保卫处已于2024年8月20日，对校园及桃李苑生活园区内违规电动车进行了统一清理，被清理的电动车将由学校暂时统一安置，并交由第三方收购公司进行估价，待估价结束后，学生可凭相应车辆证明领取自己的电动车，并做出如下处置：

1. 同意第三方收购公司评估价格的，直接与第三方收购公司协商出售；

2. 不同意评估价格的，由学生本人签署电动车承诺书后，于2024年9月30日前自行处置，即日起将电动车停放在校外规定停车位内，不得阻碍交通出行，不得进入校园和桃李苑生活园区。

尚未办理校园牌照的同学，请及时前往国际学院办公室办理；使用违规电动车的同学，请尽早主动淘汰处置违规电动车，共同维护平安和谐校园。感谢你的理解、支持与配合！

Dear international students，

According to the related requirements, all the prohibited e-Bikes are not allowed to enter or     park  in campus and dormitory area as of today. (Prohibited e-Bikes include the e-bike without      Hangzhou     license plate, the e-bike have been illegally retrofitted, the e-bike exceed new national    standard and  the e-bike without ZUFE e-bike license plate).

School security department have cleaned all the prohibited e-Bikes in campus and dormitory area on Aug 20th 2024. The prohibited e-Bikes will be temporarily parked in another garage and will do a   valuation to determine the current value by a recycling company. After valuation, students can take    their e-bikes with the corresponding certificate and make choice as follow:

1. If you agree with the price assessed by recycling company, you can negotiate with the company for sale;

2. If you disagree with the assessed price, you shall sign the E-bike commitment letter and dispose of it before Sep 30th 2024; you shall park the e-bike in the stipulated parking area off campus from    now on, and shall not enter or park in campus and dormitory area anymore.

To maintain a secure campus environment, for those regular e-bike owners without ZUFE e-bike     license plates, please contact SIES to apply it; for those prohibited e-bike owners, please properly     dispose it before Sep 30th, 2024. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
